Pace Tools does extend discounts at its own discretion based on the size of your order.

  6. How long is your sale going to last?
Our sales typically run on a monthly basis. Email specials run weekly.

  7. Why is the price changed since the last time I visited the site?
Pace Tools reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed. Most often prices are adjusted in order to manage inventory levels. Occasionally we are offered special pricing by a supplier which we choose to pass on to our customers. With the prices of steel and fuel constantly rising, price increases are sometimes in order.

About Pace Tools:

  1. Where are you located?
Our sales office Pine Bluff, AR; we ship from several satellite locations in USA

  2. Where are your lifts built?
Pace Tools sells products with components coming from an array of sources. For example, our hybrid lift contains steel manufactured in China to US specifications, with the option to purchase a motor/hydraulic pump manufactured in the US. We also provide a fully Chinese option that offers great quality at a lower price. Combining sources enables us to deliver high-quality lifts at extremely affordable prices.

  3. Where do you ship from?
Pace Tools ships from several satellite distribution centers.

  4. Where do you ship to? Can you export your lifts?
Pace Tools ships all over North America. Pace Tools can ship to any port of embarkation in the United States. It is up to the customer to arrange shipment from the port of embarkation to the final destination outside the US. This will also apply to any warranty parts or claims. Pace Tools will only ship warranty parts to the port of embarkation that is associated with the original order.

  5. How long have you been in business?
While Pace Tools, Inc. is cut from the new breed of companies leveraging computer technology and therefore has only been around a few years, every arm of our business is populated with dedicated workers relying on literally decades of experience in the automotive equipment industry. This results in finely tuned products that reflect a wealth of knowledge about what customers want as well as the ability to field any type of question and handle it with the utmost professionalism. Furthermore, the technology we use is cutting-edge, relying on historical data gathered from years of experience to craft state-of-the-art products that reflect lessons learned.

  6. Are these American lifts? Are you an American company?
We are an American company with offices in several states. Our products ship from our distribution center in Texas and you are welcome to view our inventory or pick up an item directly on-site if you desire. To produce the highest quality products at the lowest price, most of our operations take place in the USA with our international investment handling assembly in China. Do not be duped by inefficient, protectionist, and overpriced competitors desperately claiming any international involvement is somehow inferior. Data shows precisely the opposite; our research concluded that hybridizing was the optimal way to maximize value. For example, it is most efficient to assemble some of our products in China (same quality in exchange for much lower costs) but use American-made power units (much higher quality in exchange for slightly higher costs), upon request. In fact, we have specifically designed our products to not only match, but exceed the specifications of competing products by doing what they do - just better. To ensure this, we have exhaustively stress and benchmark tested to ensure unmatched premium quality and reliability. If you are interested in learning more, please feel free to contact a representative at 1-877-469-7385.

  7. Do you speak Spanish? Is there a Spanish-speaking representative available to help me?
Yes. As long as you call during business hours Monday-Friday, we should have a Spanish-speaking representative available at your request. If you call off-hours, this will not be offered.

Used:

  1. Do you carry used/refurbished lifts?
Pace Tools has a small inventory of used/refurbished lifts available at a discount. Call toll-free, 1-877-469-7385, to find out about availability.

Garage sizing specs:

  1. I’m building a garage of my own for the lift – what dimension should it be?
Ideal sizes vary based upon the size of the lift and vehicle being lifted. For a 9K 2 post clear floor lift we recommend a service bay a minimum of 20’ deep, 13’ wide and a ceiling height of 12’. The larger the lift and vehicle lifted, the more space you will need. Call for more info on specific equipment.

  2. How thick does the concrete floor need to be?
A minimum slab thickness of 4-5” is required for most lifts. The concrete needs to be reinforced with rebar or fiber. Larger lifts will require 6 inches or more of concrete. A minimum hardness rating of 3000 psi concrete is also required. When it comes to concrete foundations, more is always better.

  3. Can I use this lift in my residential garage?
Our lifts can be installed in residential garages provided they meet dimension and concrete floor specifications. We recommend a service bay a minimum of 20’ deep, 13’ wide and a ceiling height of 12’. Your floor should be a 4-5” thick, reinforced with rebar or fiber, and 3000 psi concrete slab.

Lift delivery/installation:

  1. How long does it take to get the lift?
The lift ships within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Though total shipping time is highly dependent upon your distance from the shipping warehouse, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days to receive a lift.

  2. Do I need to have someone help me when the lift is delivered?
The average lift weighs 1,500 lbs and ships as a bundle 10’-12’ long. You’ll need a fork lift, tractor, bobcat, backhoe, or some other mechanical aid to safely unload it. The shipping company will not be able to assist in off loading.

  3. Will the truck driver help me unload my freight?
The truck driver is under no obligation to help you. As such, you are responsible for this and must plan ahead to avoid any difficulties.

  4. How easy is the lift to install/assemble?
Two men can install a lift in 4 to 6 hours with basic hand tools and a hammer drill for setting the concrete bolts.

  5. Do you have someone who could help me install the lift?
In certain areas, installer recommendation is available. Please call for more information.

Most wheel equipment weighs 500 lbs and ships crated on a pallet. Motorcycle lifts with wheel vice weigh 500 lbs and the side extensions add another 110 lbs. For shipping they are bundled with steel bands. A fork lift, boom truck or other mechanical means is required to unload the lift from the truck.

A fork lift, boom truck or other mechanical means is required to unload the lift from the truck. You can break the steel bands and unload it manually, but be aware: the driver will not help unload and the steel columns weigh 468 lbs on a 9K lift.

  5. Can I pick my lift up?
The most convenient method of receiving a lift is hold it at your local freight terminal for customer pick up. The freight company will load the lift onto your truck or trailer free of charge. If you are in the area of one of our satellite warehouses you are welcome to load up at our dock for a small service fee; call for more information.

  6. What is a commercial address?
Lifts can be delivered to commercial addresses. A loading dock, fork lift and ability to handle an 18 wheeler are required.

  7. What is a residential delivery?
Residential deliveries are available for an additional charge. Some freight companies (but not all) will load the lift onto a smaller truck for residential deliveries. The customer must still provide equipment for unloading the lift. The driver does not assist in unloading the lift.

Residential delivery will apply to all residential locations, including the entire premise on which a dwelling is located, including but not limited to:
