Getting back to Basics-this lift should be used in a residential or “hobbyist” application If all you need is a 7,000 lb. capacity lift.....This lift is perfect for your home use for your basic cars. A 7,000 lb maximum capacity lift is not enough capacity to handle the load and abuse that a 9,000 lb or higher lift is built for in a shop setting. This is not a storage lift.
